Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tapas Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing information and so on. A promo/discount/sale code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Tapas Foods.

Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Tapas Foods reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever after verifying the reason for such cancellation.

Return and Refund Policy

You need to inform us or initiate return/refund process within 3 days from date of receiving the product. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase/delivery of the product to you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As our products are perishable in nature, we only support refund and return when there is any manufacturing defect

You can highlight the following reasons for easy returns and refunds for:

a. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.

b. Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.

Tapas Foods will verify the reason and may ask for proof. Only when satisfied, we will initiate the refund/exchange process.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Some products may not be eligible for exchange but only refund. We will inform you accordingly.
